Weighbridge questions, answered
Which weighbridge size do I need?
It depends on the longest vehicle you weigh and its loaded weight. Use the size guide above as a starting point. We confirm the final size after a free site visit.
Pit or pitless: which is better?
Pitless (surface-mounted) costs less in civil work and is easier to clean and service. Pit type saves space and lets vehicles enter from either side. We recommend one based on your soil, drainage and gate layout.
How long does installation take?
After the foundation cures, installing the platform, load cells and indicator and calibrating usually takes a few days. Ask us for a timeline for your site.
Do you service weighbridges you didn't install?
Yes. We repair, recalibrate and replace load cells and indicators on existing weighbridges. Call us with your make and capacity.
What does an AMC include?
Scheduled inspections, cleaning, checks and calibration support, with priority breakdown response. We tailor the plan to how heavily your weighbridge is used.
Can the weighbridge connect to our software?
Weighing indicators can send readings to a PC, printer or software. Tell us what you use and we'll suggest the right connectivity.
